2. Advanced Inspection Capabilities:

  • UAUT-HIC Inspection: Arise Global utilises a combination of Triplex probe (Trilateral) with two 45-degree shear wave transducers and a dual 0-degree transducer in parallel with A-PAUT/TFM techniques, ensuring excellent performance in weld and Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) inspections.

  • UAUT-CM Corrosion Mapping: UAUT-CM utilizes ultrasonic phased array technology for exceptionally accurate measurement and detection of corrosion, erosion, and pitting. By employing multiple individually controlled ultrasonic element transducers, the system produces detailed, high-resolution images of material internal structures. This makes it a valuable tool for integrity assessment.
